My Resume:
Hi. My name is Melanie Kinbaum and I am a 16 year old girl. I currently live in a small town in Western New York. I have been doing "on-stage" acting for three years now. The plays consist of Treasure Island, Arsenic and Old Lace, and Alibis. I want to take my acting career to the screen. Every time I turn on the TV, I see another young person on a show and wonder why I can't be like them? You see my parents tell me that they are on TV because they have connections to the inside, but then I have to remind them that we are close personal friends with Bill Fichtner and his family. Is that how it works? A person needs connections to become an Actor? I have always been told dream big and you'll go far. But I live in a spot that has a population of no more that 1000-1700 people and where the biggest thing that happens is when the high school football team wins a game. I want the same chance as the people that live in Hollywood and LA. But my family doesn't have the money to fly all the way across the country. I could really use your assistance. Please please please contact me. I am a young girl with light brown hair, blue/green eyes and an average body type. I always have a smile on my face. You will never see me in a down mood. I have alway shown up to my job interviews ready to start work that day. I am a people person, with a big heart and alot to give this world. I want to become an Actor to show that it doesn't matter if your from a big city or a small town. Just the urge to try and your dreams can put you on the correct path. I believe that my acting can change people, and I would like to have this chance to do just that. Thank you for your time.
